So sad. It’s becoming more and more concerning to go out to places now because of this crap. The LA fair is coming up and I’m thinking of not going this year because if crap like this. My wife and I go every year and now I’m thinking the risk is not worth it, especially with her being 7 months pregnant.

This is why you practice and responsibly carry. Pray to god you never need it. It's not like a spare tire, it's there like an ejection seat in an aircraft that is only used when all other reasonable options are exausted.
This bastard apparently was wearing ear protection, so I have a feeling if someone could have just put some rounds near him he'd duck and run. But it looks like the location was < 3 miles from Mexico. I don't know if that would make legaly carrying even more difficult?
Shame this asshole didn't get to bleed out and die like the other shithead that shot up the church and killed 26 parishioners in Sutherland Springs, TX, only to be shot by a good samaritan across the street with his AR.
The evil that some people are capable of, especially shooting innocent children just make you want to go old testament.
The problems keep compounding with politicans treating some forms of mental illness as a voting block and not something very wrong that needs treatment. I'm sure this ****er threw more red flags than Red square in Moscow on May day.
