Best way to quickly clean up drag radial "dust"??

I run Mickey Thompson ET streets as do many of us on here. With my car being white, I can clean it and then if I drive even just 15 miles I have a light coating of tire "dust" on the rear bumper due to the soft tire compound.

What are you all using to quickly clean this up without having to rewash the entire car every 20 miles? I haven't tried much else and a microfiber which doesn't pick it up so I wanted to see what others use.

I figured that quick detailer was gonna be the most popular thing but just wanted to see what different things people are using out there.
