I won’t click on the links because CNN AKA Cuck News Network is trash same with MSLSD. However I’m from the area and yes not only that his ex gf and friends knew he had a dark side.

Also yes Turner is now a Rino and will not have my vote next time like he has in the past.

He makes some good points other than calling these shooters “rational”.

I get the bigger argument he’s making and agree, which is, the concerns of this group of people are being ignored and further— they are being vilified and blamed for things they don’t control leading to disenfranchisement.

I didn't like the phrasing, but I don't think he intended it to sound the way it did.

I think he was trying to convey that they are not "insane" (irrational) in that they hear voices, believe aliens have taken over and are living in the Matrix.

The shooters thought out their attacks, understood what they where doing was wrong, foresaw the outcome, but felt thier own lives are ultimately meaningless and wanted to lash out at the world and people they've come to hate.

This is very similar to an Islamic Suicide Bomber or Kamakazi, it's not that they are depressed and suicidal, but they've worked themselves into a corner and believe this is the best outcome.

The Dayton shooter had a dark side and had issues. His friends should’ve reported him.

Then what?
Police can't do shit unless they can prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that you've Attempted Murder, or are Planning a Terrorist attack.

Being a miserable person, watching some videos and bitching online is not really going to break that threshold.

For mental treatment, he's just needs to say "naw, I'm good". They can't hold him for more then 24/72 hours for evaluation.

This goes back to that video I posted, these people are not "insane".They are not hearing voices, talking to themselves and thinking Jodie Foster wants them to kill the President to save her.

They are angry, socially damaged and looking for an outlet for their frustration.

Incel has become a big joke these days, but you no what Incels typically did in the past?

They joined the Mongol Horde, became a Crusader or hooked up ISIS. That's what happens when you have large bands of disenfranchised young men who have no means to have a wife and family.

Women control and subjugate men. They civilize men. The first story ever written, The Epic of Gilgamesh opens with this very premise. 5,000 years ago people had this figured out.

The Dayton shooter had a dark side and had issues. His friends should’ve reported him.

The police don't have to prove anything. They arrest people if they think they have evidence a crime has been committed. It's up to the DA to press charges, and prove the case, if it goes to trial.

Everyone has a dark side with issues. At what point does speculation trump your constitutional rights?

For him hmm let me see. He told his ex gf he was fascinated with mass shootings. He called her one night while out with his band saying he wanted to kill a lot of people. He held a gun to a friends head and joked about killing people. In high school he had a list of women he wanted to rape and skin and men he wanted to kill.

While I get some of that could be here say. That stupid mother ****er should’ve never owned a firearm he was mentally unstable.

Reasonable doubt must be provided before an arrest (or a warrant). Beyond that, you are correct. I'm pretty sure that's what you're saying to begin with.

After you are arrested and processed, the officer(s) are nothing more than a witness for the DA.
