Facilitate the normal area of google searches, SVTP and Corral. I've been informed my fuel pump issues on this 99 to 03 cobra conversation maybe within the CCRM. I have several that I've tested but still can't get the pumps to turn on. I was informed that the CCRM needs to "match". What I can't find is WHAT does it need to match too? Since this vehicle isa conversation the HEC/Cluster, harnesses are all from different vehicles. Now the AC and Fans appear to work just fine with the various CCRM's I have, but it has been identified that when it comes to the fuel pumps I may need a "matching" CCRM. What I can't find is what is it suppose to match too?
Just to place additional facts:
  • Cluster is from a 2003
  • PCM harness and PCM from a 2003 cobra.
  • Tank and pumps are from a 2003.
  • FPDM is from a 03 or 04.
  • I can't remember if the rear vehicle harness that goes from the FPDM and to to the Tank is the original 99 cobra harness or a 03-04. Though it appears everything in rear rear does work, lights, turn signals and such.
  • Harness on the driver side going from the battery under the quarter panels to the firewall maybe GT harness from 2002. I say this only because it appears the connectors for the horn are different.
At least for step 1 here I'm attempting to determine which CCRM I need.

I’be been wrong before but never heard of having to swap a ccrm to run a certain pump. basically if the correct inputs are sent to the ccrm it sends 12 volts to the fpdm which then sends power to the pumps

If testing the correct pin that would send power to fpdm isn’t showing any then you need to track down the input side of the harness going to the ccrm

PATS will prevent the fuel pump from coming on. Perhaps that’s an issue with the cluster swap and such? I’m not 100% on how all those things tie into each other.

You should be able to have it disabled in a tune for trouble shooting

Yes PATS is disabled through BE Tunner.
I guess that's some of the issue I have various individuals saying you need a matching CCRM to PCM, and those who say any model CCRM would work. That's why I'm baffled at this stage.
I have a 99 cobra unit and a 2002 GT unit. Fans and AC turn on but no fuel pump.
This is where some say I need some sort of matching CCRM and those who are like, anything should work.

I believe that a correct 03 CCRM should workcno problem. I definitely does not need any kind of programming, i changed mine at one point and didn't do any programming. As far as I've heard the cluster should be matching to the PCM but not totally sure of turning off PATS would change that.

Key and transmitter around the key must match the ecm and cluster.
Ccrm is nothing more than relays in a box.
Relays are made by bosch, and you can open it up to inspect and replace a bad component .
