Found this on the facebook market place. Looks like a decent deal for $25k ill try to post some pictures and the Carfax. It also has a stollen report not long after the damage report. So that is the somewhat scary issue with this vehicle. Let me know some of your thoughts.

if it was black id be all about it. That blue isn't my most favorite color.
Compare the 25k price to an equal 11' with no history. Then I'd ask myself if it's worth chasing this one. Resale will be weak with the accident/theft past.
Summer is getting short. The prices on the cars will go down soon due to winter if you're actively pursuing one.

Exactly.

For $15k, it’s an interesting deal.

For $25k it’s a huge waste of money when you can get one with 50k miles for the same price and 0 damage.

For numerous reasons this should be a pass, most of which have already been stated. I totally agree with others that you should spend a bit more and get one with no negative history. And maybe equally important, it isn't one of your favorite colors. I can see you waking up one morning soon after buying this one and thinking, "what the hell did I do!". Yep, PASS!

I appreciate all the responses fellas. I was intrigued until I started digging along with the fact it is still not registered in the guys name and the plates still say New York.
Title not in his name but signed, bill of sale from previous owner-Way to big of a gamble.

I will just continue to wait for the right deal.
