Those were great videos, but man, the pain! A friend of mine is from Ghana, and he grew up eating hot peppers. He would eat hot stuff that would make me cringe, as if his insides were lined with steel. LOL. Nary a bead of sweat. I personally like hot stuff, but no way would I make it very far in one of these hotness challenges.
The Gordon Ramsey one is a case study in why British food is often so bland. As a people they have a very low tolerance for spice.
