It’s a minuscule amount and apparently you will get about the same amount of NDMA from bbq. I don’t believe there is much to worry about.. now the amounts of NDMA found in blood pressure meds was alarming, exceedingly high amounts.

True but people have a choice whether or not to eat red meat. Some people may rely on the medication daily.

Hell the mfers have been telling us to eat less fat and more sugar and grains, bread for decades and obesity, cancers, diabetes have steadily increased since those guidelines came out...the body cannot handle the amount of sugar in the typical American diet, especially this highly refined garbage. I personally think we are already over the precipice regarding health in the US. Physical education, health classes that our children are taught is a joke these days. We are sitting on a ticking bomb and the health crisis in this country is only going to get much worse. Pretty bleak picture if we don’t make rapid course correction.

The US needs a stricter/bigger FDA. Follow europe in that regard.

Hell, people can eat shit if they want to, but I feel there's too much slack in what's allowed to be put in food these days. Obviously, it's up to the consumer to eat better/healthier but at the same time there's next to no nutrition education/how to properly read the ingredient list. It's easy to assume since it's sold at your grocery store it's ok to eat.

Find a way to make people eat cleaner, not by some stupid sugar tax, and you'll see healthcare prices drop(hopefully).

The sad part is that it’s true. Fast food places around every corner along with pharmacies. I’m guilty of it, not gonna lie. I was depressed and turned to food and alcohol instead of getting the help I needed. I went from 250 earlier this year to 215 now and still making my way down to 175. Granted it’s not all fat but I feel a difference.

The part that really pisses me off is that we as Americans, settle for the FDA to allow that shit to happen. We know it’s dangerous so why the hell does it continue to happen?

That is great man, good on you for seeing the problem and taking the initiative to correct it.
