Freestyle all the way. I just studied as many photos as possible and tried to make everything work within the envelope that the Fox chassis allows. I also wanted to add something to minimize the inevitable rock throw from the sticky tires and that also figured into their location. I used some heavy stainless screening left over from a hydropower plant job I did a decade or so ago.

You save shit for the eventuality like I do! Difference is, you find a use for it!

Guilty as charged. Problem is I have too many things I want to do and not enough time to get them done. My shop is strewn with way too much stuff that I promised myself I'd take care of after I got out of the hospital. My focus has been entirely on getting as much done as I can to the Fox before the shit weather hits.

About 300 miles after paint correction and ceramicView attachment 1600791View attachment 1600792
Nice!!

I plan on getting my car professionally paint corrected and ceramic coated next year sometime. (Paint correction and ceramic coating go hand and hand, can't have one without the other.) May I ask how much this cost you? I'm figuring mine is going to cost about 2K.
You can pm me if you don't want to share with everyone.
TIA

unique car care in andover. Their pricing is on their website. The guys over there did a fantastic job on both the GT and the beemer.
Nice. I'm familiar with them. They ceramic coated my daily driver Ram three years ago.
Does Pete still work there?

Took my new-to-me 2018 GT to the track for the first time today. Ran a best of 12.2@117mph in 100 degree weather with a 3000 DA. Not bad for a bone stock car save for the 275/40/19 Sumitomos aired down to 25psi. I feel like in the usual conditions at that track (DA in less than 1000 to -500 range temp in 60s) it has another .2 and 2mph in it without mods. I will be doing a tune and some other stuff though, just wanted to get a baseline. Hellcats were trapping 118-120mph for reference. Scat Packs 108mph.

Anyways, here's a pic I took at the track:
