Im not even remotely a dodge/Demon guy but I fully respect the crate no matter how the Ford lawyers want to call it. It came from Dodge, fully warrantied and is a BAD ASS package I wish all top performance cars got. If Ford offered one you bet your ass it would be "factory".

Guys must be bored to start using top gear/Gt For usefull car information haha... Good god

Exactly. Nail hit on head.

We have 2 races at Atco in November (2nd and 23, one which is a Demon only event). I will report back results! Looking for that mineshaft air baby!

Also would like to point out @02GTKB, you are somewhat misinformed.

To me things overall look the same besides the crate option with the demon, but not even considering that the 2 models in most buyers perspectives will like the 800hp Redeye at a much cheaper cost

Ahahaha... some poor SOBs are hurting in here. Scrambling and fumbling for excuses like the far left.

You’re describing yourself.

No one else is apoplectic or ridiculously wound up except yourself.

Okay, Greta. No matter how much you wish against it, the ol’ Demon is still a badder 1/4 mile car than the new to come GT500. Just like climate change, it ain’t changing! Lol.

I’m not Greta. It should be, it’s designed to hit the strip hard. I haven’t wished against anything except that you are well.

Politics section is in the political section. There’s some site rules that mention that. Thanks. Climate change isn’t something I engage in discussing because it’s a complete money grab farce in my mind.

I will say as a Demon owner, and not "internet researcher" that I have no doubt in my mind the Demon will do well in most environments. Its not a one trick pony like the media and internutz lead you to believe.
Regardless, I can't wait to get the GT500 down the quarter. Lord knows my 08 and 14 GT500 SUCKED at the drag strip, just glad someone filled the void......also glad it wasn't Chevy.

Ford guys MAD that Dodge hooked up the Demon guys with some extra goodies.

Reminds me of the ugly stripper that gets mad because she is not getting tipped as much as the fine ones. Lmao!

Wasn't the car give or take $100k? That's hardly being "hooked up" at that point? That's kind of what we would expect from a $100k challenger...

New front wheels/tires, different tune, different air intake, no passenger or rear seats.
That does not sound like a passenger vehicle off the showroom floor at all.

It’s a factory option that comes with the vehicle and backed by full warranty, numb-nuts.

It’s not aftermarket shit, nor modifications.

If Ford had came up with the idea, you’d be ranting and raving about how revolutionary this was. Probably swinging from tree branches like a rabid chimp, dragging your knuckles all over the place.

Instead, you and the squad keep squawking and crying about how it is “not cool / not fair”....

WHAA WHAAA....

It's plainly obvious to any non hater that Dodge navigated the grey areas of the law, and did everything under the sun to even be able to legally sell the kit to customers. For only a $1, they clearly included this in the normal purchase price of the car, and would have sold it that way without the fear of being sued and thrown in jail.

Why is that so difficult for people to accept and be happy about?
