Is this a common place for Fuel Pressure Regulator?

Trying to get my ducks in a row and just wanted some reassurance.

I have mine mounted in the front part of the wheel well. I used the bracket to bolt it to one of the studs that holds the bumper. I also mounted it upside down. This way I can reach it if I need to adjust the pressure for some reason.

Mine is a little further forward of your mark. Mostly because I have the Stifflers cross braces and that was really the only place I could fit it. Otherwise it would be mounted where you marked it.

Sweet that's where I'll mount it. Here's my Flow-Through fuel setup I'm going with.

The wheel well liner may not fit very good with the regulator mounted there. I put mine to the left of your x inside the door jamb area and mounted it on a bracket connected to the hinge. I then ran the feed lines up behind the liner through the fender hole to the back of the rails (deadhead).

Ok very nice I'll have to relook at that. I was looking back up in there too actually. I can cut a bracket out of aluminum or something. I'll check that out too thanks

My fore regulator is mounted in the passenger side behind the liner, my dad made a bracket for it and we got the liner to go back in without a problem.

Man I'd love to put it in the fenderwell too. If I put it where the battery use to be the return line is gonna be VERY long. Basically it's gonna go from the battery use to be, around the front of the car, then all the way back to the tank. Probably not a big deal

I also have mine mounted on the drivers side firewall next to the brake booster.
I would think the fender well isn't ideal because of the debris that can be shot up at it during road driving.

Zero debris where mine is mounted and stays away from engine heat.

I'm sure it works perfectly fine, I'm just not a fan of having any type of important components right where 99% of road grime ends up
Road grime? Mine is right by the intercooler pump. And where the air filter would be if running it in the fender.

Mine is the same as Bdubbs.

If you go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, look on the metal section. There is some 1/8” metal strapping that has holes in it. That will bolt right to the two fender bolts as shown in Bdubbs pic. The. The reg boots right to the strap. No drilling required. Fender liner goes right back in.
