For the guys that’s been following my progress on the charger my last outing I ran a 11.66@117 in 2200 da . With ported intake , jlt cai, Tb, dragpack and weight reduction. Since then I’ve added catted longtubes headers , Wiles aluminum driveshaft, demon killer springs , Lakewood 70/30 and 50/50 shocks. Been a nice build and I’m hoping for 11.3s with these mods or better tuner told me I got two tenths in it with just adding e85 or vp109 which will what I will be running next time out next round of mods will be converter and Edelbrock victor 2 intake and converter for that fbo 10 second pass I want .

Shes coming along nicely!

You are well on your way to that 10 sec pass, and it will be awesome.

My limited experience with hot vs cold in my Charger says theres almost a half second to be gained in ideal conditions. Seems crazy but my same 12.0 setup from over the winter runs 12.4-12.5 in the heat down here. Bring on the cool air...

looking forward to cold air updates, my fbo boss 93oct (w/long tubes) trapped 117 in the southern heat. Hoping that trap speed is closer 120 in some cool dry air. Curious to see how yours does as well, might have to be more cautious playing with some of those n/a hemi cars.

Awesome runs in that tank of a car man.

This is what I hope to run and i definitely notice that with these cars whole new car when it’s cool out . Can’t wait to see how it runs with some race gas in it .

look forward to the updates. Haven't heard of many people doing converters yet on the 8 speeds interested in the results.

I haven’t ether every dodge guy says it slows them down I don’t believe it . The 8spd in the camaro produced great results with converter I don’t see this car being any different.

Thanks I appreciate it . Some 392s run good others not so much lol . My buddies fbo boss was trapping 122 down here with comp stage 3 cams .

This really is a tricky spot. I know the fast (8 sec) hellcats benefit big time from a converter swap, but its because they blow right through the stocker at those power levels. Assuming Jay is still tuning the car, I'm curious about his thoughts. Seems much of the key to making it work is in tuning.
