hey, any update on this? I'm having similar issue with my 2.3L. Down on power, boost wont go over 15 or so. Zero change with smaller pulley.

Possible knock sensor pulling timing, dumping boost. Coolant is hot in reservoir. iAT? E85? I think it’s pushing 93 octane performance

These cars don't have knock sensors. And while high IAT's could cause a loss in performance, it won't cause a loss in boost. To be low on boost is a mechanical issue. Either a restriction or a leak.

I don't think I've seen anyone keep the stock boost bypass set up when they go to a bigger blower. I know mine is sitting on my work bench now. I'm referring to the solenoid thats controlled by the ECU.

Had a similar issue with a friends Whipple 3.4 Crusher setup. Throttle body wasn’t opening all the way because the cable would ride out of the cable cam on the throttle body itself. I ended up drilling a hole in the cam and using a cotter pin to keep the cable securely in the cam groove. Problem solved.
