Hi All,

I have the forgestar wheels (19" front/18" rear)

I am having serious traction issues (spinning third), and was wondering if a 305/45/18 would work on the rear?

Does anyone have any pictures? I was looking at the NT555R's but I'm worried it will rub (my car isn't lowered)

Anyway I could go safe with the 305/40/18 but I was hoping for more sidewall if possible with the 305/45/18

do you know the width and offset of your rear wheels? that will ultimately be the deciding factor on 305 tires.

I'm running those tires on the back of mine, stock rims and I'm lowered on 'L' springs, no interference. Traction is good but I'm down about 100hp from you.

315/40 or 305/45 in the NT05R will hold 800rwhp easily from a second gear roll.
I’d think the NT555R in 305/45 would also have no issues.
The 45 series will give up handling/cornering for straight line traction but the 315/40 NT05R should be the best all around if you have a 10” wheel and don’t drive in rain.
18” in these sizes is the perfect for higher power GT500s.
