Love the Bronco R. Wonder if those taillights are from the new Bronco? The hardtop lines are incredible on that body.

Whats the significance of 2069?

My guess on the 2069:

According to the below CNET article "This Bronco R comes at an appropriate time. Fifty years ago, Rod Hall and Larry Minor piloted a race-prepped Bronco in the 1969 Baja 1000 to an overall race win. As Ford proudly boasts, no other 4x4 has replicated the original Bronco's success since then. Now, it hopes the reborn Bronco will be able to mirror the victory."

I'm guessing the 2000 of 2069 is just the class that it will be racing in. From the SCORE website for classes and vehicle #s "2 – Veh #2000-2099 (Unlimited open-wheel, car/truck, 3.6-Liter Turbo or supercharged)" or "Sportsman Ltd Truck - Veh #2000-2099" Class Levels & Vehicle Numbers – SCORE Race Info

The actual rule book has a slightly different description "Sportsman Ltd Truck 2050-2099 Trucks limited to leaf springs only" Introduction – SCORE Race Info

That's all just a guess though.

Factory five racing had a picture with it under the cover at SEMA on their Instagram page, so maybe we do get a glimpse of something? Also dodge is set to unveil something as well later today and have pics of a car under a cover at SEMA

Never said anything about that looking like the street version. Still a massive difference between the Bronco R and an actual trophy truck.

I was just pointing out the obvious. I didn't intend to make you think I was calling you out on it. Sorry.
