It sure isn't my home track, had to drive 7 hrs for it.
The car is stock minus the Mickey Thompsons in the rear. In other words, all part are directly from Dodge as part of the "Crate"
And the dedication in the form of a 7 hr road trip paid off. Some seem to find it easier to complain about not getting the same DA where they are.
I'm lucky to live in FL where we have year round racing and plenty of -DA in the winter.

holy eff, where did you drive from? I'm super spoiled because I don't want to drive an hour to here. I live 5 minutes from what used to be Englishtown, so Atco is a road trip for me lol

Your not lying. It doesn't have enough power in stock forum. I wonder how it would do in the texas mile thoe.

The Demon is one bad machine and I still can't believe that people dislike it. OP's car came from the factory with drag tires, race gas tune, weight reduction, ect...it's still stock if you go from one drag radial to another imo. The next thing they will complain about is that it's not running on 87 octane at 9000'.

it doesn't come from the factory with those. They are installed after you purchase the car at the dealer.

This is fun...

But they come with the car. Its part of the invoice. Part of the price you paid for the NEW car, from the dealer. Hence, stock parts. The high octane tune is accessed by pressing a button on the dash, and it pops up on the infotainment screen. You got any aftermarket stuff that does that? :)
And to be specific, the drag radials are installed from the factory.

every single Demon bought had the price of the crate engineered into it, the car was built around the crate parts and then altered to be legally sold and as a big **** you to overbearing laws.

FACT. Demon crate is OEM and factory stock and thats really not debatable. If you disagree then you are just crying about the brand that isnt your #1.

I am not a dodge fan but 100% appreciate what they did.

I’m on board with what you’re saying, but it’s a slippery slope.. if I walk into Lebanon and order one of their supercharged GT’s, is that stock? It was invoiced that way. All Ford parts. At some point people will stop trolling (on both sides) and realize that the crate is a good deal, but it’s also different from a Demon without it.

Thats not the same at all from where I sit.
Thats a dealer installed package that was not put together/developed by Ford.

You mention 'different from a Demon without it'. Thats the issue, people need to just accept that they all have the crate and they are stock parts. Anyone who ordered a Demon and skipped the $1 crate is a flat out moron. Its not like they made it some uber overpriced option that only Treynor could afford, its a friggin Dollar.

Not even close to the same situation. You can’t buy that supercharged Lebanon at any dealership but theirs.

Its not even an option, its just a legal loophole, good on Dodge. That said I wonder if anyone was actually stupid enough to deny the crate they paid for regardless
