Not gonna lie, I kinda like it, and if we were in the SUV market, I’d take a look at this.
I too don’t like that the Mustang name was attached to it, and fear that it may be the first step towards eliminating the Mustang as we know it all together. This is however where the automotive world is heading weather we like it or not.

So were there any actual specs revealed or did Ford stick to the current marketing strategy i.e. not tell us shit?

I’m too lazy to link it, but they listed price ranges for 3 model trims, the two power ratings, range estimates, and 0-60 estimates.

45,xxx-60,xxx
43xhp/6xxtq
250-300 miles
Mid 3’s to 60

I really like the side profile how the doors suck inward after the front fender to give it a really slim look, and it shows this off well in white which looks the best, like @HISSMAN said.

Hate that they called it a Mustang and Mach E because it just doesn't sound creative at all. I get that the design screams Mustang which I guess makes it a given but I dont think Mach E sounds good at all. Sounds super cheap to me.

IMO, by far the best reasonably affordable EV offering. The name will take a bit getting used to though, but not a deal breaker.

I'm a buyer

LOL....I have no problem with it being built in Mexico. The GM trucks assembled in Mexico tended to be better than ones built by their gringo counterparts in the US...****ing UAW m'fers phoning it in and skating. The laborers in Mexico want to ****ing work and as bonus your Mach-E will also mow your lawn :D

I expect a higher performance premium version a few years from now.

Something to remember.

Many-a-name have been repurposed from their original counterparts onto lame, unrelated applications. This car is no different.

Hipster Jane and Hipster Steve will be cruising the California coast in this listening to Alvvays and calling it a Mustang when they stop to get a bite to eat before we know it.

So Ford's now gone from making all their vehicles (whats left of them) look alike, to now naming them all the same?!? Ford is like the kid in Art class that traces pictures out of coloring books. I don't even mind the Mach-E name, or the taillights, but why put the pony emblem on it???? :(o_O:mad:

So many negative comments. You do realize that Internet cookies turned on all your tablet, phone and computer cameras, don't you?

Ford has already watched three quarters of you return to an earlier page to gaze longingly at the photo of the blue one while having yourselves off. And the remaining 25% are just hoping the wife will leave the house long enough for them to do the same.

Why not just admit you like it?

Can someone photoshop a Mach e with the king cobra paint scheme from the 70’s? Just an idea we thought of at work.

That made me lol

It is an attractive design, attractive performance, and all around something I'd drive.

Just not with a Mustang badge on it. That's betraying Iaccoca.
