I’m going to replace my idlers with UPR dual ball bearing ones . I have a 2.76 upper , getting an either 2 or 4 lb lower , and a snub idler . What size idlers would you guys suggest ?
I’ve been hearing 2/ 100’s and 1/ 90 mm .

Thank you sir ! So if i already have a 100mm snub idler , I’d need (2) 100mm , and (1) 90mm then ?

Check eBay and see if any companies have any Black Friday sales for the pulleys. Also put a WTB add in the marketplace here and see what you can get.

I recommend going with the same manufacturer for all 4 idlers to maintain the same look/style, and take advantage of double-bearings if you choose Metco. Hopefully you can find a deal on a 4-piece Metco set. And then sell your current 100mm idler.

I’ve had the UPR idler setup for a couple years now and I’m happy with my purchase. The UPR’s don’t seem to get much love but I went with them over the Metco’s simply because I like the looks of the them better. I have 1-90 and 3-100.

You can swap them around as needed. Originally I had both 100mm on top and the 90mm down by the alternator. But the Whipple aux idler would hit the 100mm. So I put the 90 there and the 100 by the alternator.

I thought it was for everything but when I tried to but some carbon fiber pieces, they told me that not all vendors are participating in the 10% off deal.
Thanks! i was wondering if they would apply it to the Gen 4 whipple but i think they sold out?
