Couldn’t help the title made me laugh a little.

Got a nice package in the mail today, courtesy of Kenne Bell. Shout out to Van @ Revan Racing for getting it shipped out to me.

Can’t wait to let the car breath straight to the rotor pack .

The little ole 4.2 for now. I'll probably change to the 4.7 or 4.9 next year.

Nice, what type of power you hoping to get from this? Also thank god this wasn't another thread like the Foster Sound Tube thread LOL.

I am not sure how much more power over the mammoth inlet and KB 168mm TB with a JLT intake it will be. I imagine a good bit. Going to go back from 17psi to 28psi also, so it should be pretty rowdy.

Man what an install this is compared to just bolting up the blower kit. I’ll get some pictures tonight.

The Kenne Bell instructions are top notch as always. However, it is not possible to just bolt the passenger side fuel rail back at the factory height to the lower manifold. It does not clear the new bypass plate.

I had to take the manifold bosses down to 1/2” and then find the right combination of fittings to get the return off the rail to clear.

Getting it done finally though. Had to order a couple more fittings I didn’t have but I hope to have the blower bolted back on this weekend.

This is what I had to do to get the fuel rail to fit below the bypass plate.

WOW that's a tight fit!

Are you worried about this causing false knock due to the metal to metal contact? If possible maybe try and notch the bypass plate edge a little so there's like a 1/16" air gap.

Keep up the good work and keep us posted!

Underneath of the bypass plate is milled out and has a plate bolted that creates the opening just where it is needed to set. Not really enough space to cut down the bottom any without getting into the bottom plate of it.

There is a tiny space between once everything was bolted down and situated in its proper place.

Had my brother make a weld for me on some stainless flat bar to make a throttle cable bracket. Coming along well. Couple more weeks and she’ll be back on the track.

Well after trying to figure out the issue with my TPS and why it wasn’t setting correctly, going through 2 new OEM sensors, I decided to call Kenne Bell.

After being on hold for a bit, they finally told me the mechanical TB needs an ‘03/04 Cobra TPS since they are orientated different. I wish they would have put a note in the box .

Got the sensor, tracked down the wiring connector and got it all pinned into the harness today. With any luck, she’ll be started back up tomorrow.

Here are a couple pics with the two different sensors and the TB blade.

Had the car on the rollers yesterday to get everything lined out. I was only able to keep the 4" pulley on due to not having a new belt for the 3" but the car did pick up 2-3 psi over the previous inlet/TB combo. Overall super happy with the result through a TH400 (first time on dyno for it as well) even though I did not get a super solid overall number due to wheel spin issues. Real test is on the track on Sunday.
