Wish it was a dual 166 , I’ll still say I’m happy with the dual 106 and making the same power through an auto as I was the TR6060.

So the twin blade KB 166 out flowed the KB 168 Mono blade? Wow !

Full disclaimer I'm not an air flow/CFM expert.

Going from a side feed/elbow inlet with a Mono blade KB 168mm to a direct feed/rear inlet with a twin blade KB 106mm is HUGE in terms of efficiency and flow gained, straight shot to the rotor pack is huge!

Past that when you look at the surface area and published cfm numbers (according to KB website) of a twin blade KB 106mm Vs a Mono blade KB 168mm the difference is huge as well.
Twin blade KB 106mm = surface area is 27.356 in^2 and has a cfm of 3800.
Mono blade KB 168mm x 79mm = surface area is 16.176 in^2 and has a cfm of 2350

Had a great time shaking the car down today. 2nd pass short shifting 1-2 and 2-3 looked good and prepared to send it on the next pass.

Good 1.3 60ft then started cutting out up top in the rpm in 2nd and 3rd. That was the last pass for the day so I’ll check the log, check the fuel pumps and get ready for next year.

Overall happy with all the changes lately to the car.
