Yeah, no TB on the Redeye. Its short most of the cool 'drag tech' that the Demon had. Not to say that some/most of it cant be enabled through creative programming.

I wonder if this car would beat a stock 2020 GT500. Would be very close, outcome likely driver dependent.

You know what I am not on the fence about, the insane ADM markups on top of MSRP that most dealers will tack on the 5’hundy....**** that noise
It would be a good race. We ran it stock a few months ago (DA 2000+) in the soupy air, heres what we got:
Baseline pass, stock tune: 10.851 @ 125.34
Diablo canned PCM tune: 10.649 @ 128.21
Diablo PCM and TCM tune: 10.56 @ 128.33
We only made 2 passes stock to get a decent baseline, I'm sure there was a little more in it with more practice, but they are pretty close the way I see it stock for stock.
Pretty sure that GT500 that went 10.6 was in some pretty good air.

They make 14.5 stock, so you pulley down to 16psi? Lol right. Who makes the blower? It’s not a 2.7 Eaton TVS?
IHI makes the Mopar blowers. They make AMG's blowers as well.

As mentioned, its an IHI.
Stock is closer to 14 psi if that. We are probably running 17.5-18 currently.
This is not even the smallest pulley, running a 2.75 now vs the 2.65 waiting to go on.
That was on the same tire.
Gotta keep things in consideration, like the fact that these runs were made months ago in the Florida summer. DA was probably 3K'+.
I'm sure it would have been much faster with the air we had last week or in air similar to what the GT500 ran in recently, but we have no intention of having the fastest stock Redeye
For example, we had a stock 16 Hellcat (CAI/Nitto) at the same rental last week. He went 10.96 @ 127. Does that mean its almost as fast as the Redeye because the RE went 10.8 stock? Hell no, not even close. Apples to bananas.
This is a project to prove you can go 8s in a relatively stock vehicle, with CATs, while running the stock pcm

Pretty cool. Looks like track prep was pretty good, didn't spin at all! I don't wanna say it was a running start but it hopped then launched. Different for sure. 9.29 is smokin!

What kind of rear do you have to build in those things to keep them alive? That's a lot of weight/torque all at once. I see a lot of stock rears blowing apart.
