Yes sir, Gen 1 Coyote blues. 2012 Roush stage 3 with a 79mm pulley making around 680-700 rwhp. I am building a new motor with an MMR forged rotating assembly, ARP everything and a new Gen 1 block from Ford Performance.

Very nice. That's the right way to do it and you'll be happy.

Im cheap though and probably would have grabbed a Gen 2 short block for $1800 and called it a day lol.

The Gen 2 and Gen 3 are holding pretty big power.

I made 913whp 2 weeks ago on my 2018.

I almost did the Gen2 but after talking to my tuner I decided to put good rods and pistons in it. The block will be the weak point now since its not sleeved but it should last a good long time at around 850 rwhp.

I will say this, it doesn't pay to build it yourself anymore. I figured I would save around $1K building it myself but with all the little things you don't think of and the cost of machine work, its costing me as much or more than an Aluminator short block. In hind sight I would have just bought the Aluminator short block and probably had my car back on the road a month ago. I haven't even started assembly yet, still waiting on my brand new block to be line bored, honed and decked.

Guy that is semi local to me had good rods and pistons in his twin turbo '14, but didnt sleeve it. Thing made 1180 wheel. My friend who was tuning it was just laughing and telling the guy that he was playing with fire. He didnt care. He isn't easy on the car either. I think it had billet 67s, possibly 61s, but it was an On3 kit. The guy who owns On3 is local to me as well. The kits have come a long way since the initial fox body kits were coming out.

Made it back out. Car ran solid tonight. I have been having an issue with my line lock no holding. It ended up being a bad ground. Fixed it at the track and made one more pass.

Still at 10.4. Fuel started leaking from under the car so couldn’t make another pass. Not sure what it is haven’t even looked yet. Just glad we caught it

I finished my engine a few months ago and got it back in the car. Its running fantastic! I have about 2K miles on it so far. Too hot at the track for me, I will probably be back out there in Oct or so.

So since September I had to replace a fuel line that the fitting went bad one and had the injectors cleaned. Made it to the last test n tune for the year and was the last one I’ll be attending for the next six months. Didn’t make a et pb but my mph increased by 5. I was so close to 140. Here’s the pics and video
