Just the FPR (fuel pressure regulator?) install or other parts (lines, pumps, rails, injectors?) too?

A regulator is like 15 min install a whole fuel system can take a ton of time.

If you're looking for a whole fuel system i really stress you do it yourself or find the right shop. Lots of hacked up fuel system installs and wiring messes out there. It also helps troubleshooting future issues knowing where and how things were ran.

It’s not really that bad and like CJ mentioned, knowing what you’ve got is huge.

The “trickiest” part for me was cutting the hose and getting the ends on correctly. Basically just worried length was wrong or it wouldn’t seal.

Once installed, I jumped my pump and cranked it to max PSI for a few minutes to check for leaks.

No issue and been trouble free for years.

It’s really difficult to quote a custom install of anything. Figure up to $100 an hour and possibly up to 15hrs. If it’s a shop that hasn’t done it I wouldn’t even consider them.

Sorry im taking about a whole return system, hat, pumps, lines, rails and injectors. thats my bad

Going with what @MGoh3 said are you planning on having a custom one made, making your own, or you buying one of the kits online? They are super easy to do just take your time. As far as cost each shop will be different and depending on how you run it will vary greatly.

Do it yourself. It's very easy. I'm getting ready to do the same thing.

There are tons of cobra ppl in Cleveland.. I'm sure someone could offer a helping hand.

Leathal Budget plus return system kit is what i am planning on buy. Ive never dropped a tank in a mustang with just having jack stands, from what i hear the biggest pain is just making sure its not leaking haha

I bought the budget kit years ago. The division x regular went bad and had to replace the relays many times. Both caused the motor to not get enough fuel. Thankfully no damage. I would buy a kit from fore, cost a little more but worth it!

Spend the money on a fore kit you won't regret it. Dropping the tank is easy if it's low on fuel. I don't even disconnect the filler neck, just drop straps, lower tank with floor jack enough to work.

I agree with going Fore. Use a vendor on here and save a bunch of money.

Level 1E with 465s and PTFE hose ran me like 1200. I didn’t do the rails and used 2 $7 relays instead of that $300 “controller” that still needs 1 $7 relay to have factory prime. FYI that controller is just two packaged relays. What a rip off.
