I loved the last episode and can't wait for the finale.

Just saw the season finale. Holy freaking carp on meth ... the story telling, the acting, Regina King and Lou Gosset Jr. ... Jeremy Irons, they just rippped the lid off everything, it was all so perfect!

It's also done in such a way that you have to wonder: would things have been better if ...?

I plan to binge this show this weekend.

Sounds like season 2 is not happening...
Director Damon Lindelof has stepped away, saying he's said all he wanted to say in this one season, and HBO is now saying it "doesn't want to pursue" a 2nd season.

Yeah, but I respect knowing when it's done. True Detective season 2-3 are a great example of when you should just quit while you're ahead. Props to him for not just putting out some shit for the money.
