I am the 3rd owner and bought it with 41800 miles from Florida and currently has approx. 43000 miles. I got it lowered using Eibach springs, installed brand new Magnaflow exhaust, and a backup camera. The motor is completely stock. The following items have been replaced:

Brand new OEM headlights
Lower control arms
New brake pads and rotors

Got 2 keys with remotes, original window sticker, and certificate. Interior is 8/10 and due to scuffs on both bumpers and rock chips on the body, I’ll give its exterior 6/10. There are 2 small spots that seem to be repainted and I have tried my best capturing them in the pictures. The first one is just above the gas tank cap and the other one is on the left corner of the trunk. 3rd brake like is also cracked but works. Car’s history is clean with no accidents and I have the title in hand. The car was listed on this forum last year and later I bought it on eBay from the same seller. Asking price is $24500.

I have recently started hearing whining noise from the blower while idling. I had to take the car to Excessive Motorsports anyway (on 1/17) for a quick inspection/feedback and got this checked out as well. Chris (Excessive Motorsports) told me it's related to a bearing and fixable. There is also a refrigerant leak due to which A/C is short cycling. Because of these defects I am further reducing the price to $22K.

I have made a few videos and captured the blower noise in one of them. Video URLs are provided below:
