Generally most start with just the fluids. From there its wear items as needed. I don't follow the newer cars much so I don't know of any potential issues with the car.
You can order an owners manual online, just do a search. It depends on how hard the car was driven. Check the tires, brake pads for starters. Might need an oil change. How does it shift? If it feels stiff, you might want to change the trans fluid. Change the air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter. I'd also flush the brake fluid.
Bear in mind many of us have replaced half the components on our cars in terms of upgrades, so no one knows if you're asking maintenance questions or modification questions. You need to be a little more specific. Your question is extremely broad and general.
If your car was purchased with 45K miles you may want to check the brakes & certainly consider the history of the tires...especially the rear. At 45K miles, depending on how it was driven the clutch may be a consideration..up to you & your own personal goals. . Oil Change is almost automatic unless you know for sure it was done recently....I'd change it. I don't think coolant needs any attention except to check the levels in both reservoirs. Air filter is up to you. Most guys upgrade from stock to a bigger air tube ( CAI) + larger filter....that would be best done with a retune. ...your choice. Owner's manual should dictate any other scheduled maintenance concerns. Good Luck...Congrats on your purchase.
From my Owner's Manual:

Every 30000 miles (48000 km)
Replace engine air filter. Replace fuel filter.
Every 45000 miles (72000 km)
Replace spark plugs.
Every 105000 miles (168000 km)
Change engine coolant.* Inspect accessory drive belt(s).**
Every 150000 miles (240000 km)
Change manual transmission fluid. Change rear axle fluid. Replace accessory drive belt(s) if not replaced within the last 100000 miles (160000 km). *Initial replacement at six years or 105000 miles (168000 kilometers), then every three years or 45000 miles (72000 kilometers). **If not replaced, inspect every 15000 miles (24000 kilometers).
+1 on getting an owners manual. At the very least, I would change the engine oil, trans fluid, air filter and maybe the drive belts. Check brakes and tires.
I looked up the service schedule for the car. At 45k miles it says to replace
Cabin air filters
Oil change
Spark plugs
Then a complete multipoint inspection
