Which exhaust?

When I bought car (2008) it came with an mbrp catback installed. I've since added lethal h pipe, while I do like the sound it's just a bit too loud. I've been listening to sound clips and skimming the forums still undecided. But from what I gathered jba or 07-09 gt500 mufflers might be the answer. I don't have the OEM's and have never heard them or the jbas in person. Does anyone have experience with these w/o cats?

Corsa Sport... no drone.

The stock mufflers really do hum nice at WOT, but will make you jealous if you have friends with loud exhausts and out cruising with them.
It’s nice to actually hear your radio and talk in the car too.
I been back and forth with swapping my stocks out because I know I will regret it.

I currently have high flo cats w/xpipe (not sure what brand) and Borla Touring axel backs on. A little to quiet for my taste, so I've purchased some Bassani axel backs after hearing some on YouTube.
Really hard to judge the sound from vids, fingers crossed I will like them. I'll know in about 2 months (when weather gets nice) and will share my feedback at that time.

I hated my corsa sports, just didnt like the note and were way to quite and i already had longtubes with no cats. Borla touring would be a good choice or even some oem 11-14 gt500 mufflers. You could also just have some resonators welded into the over axle pipes to bring the volume down some since you already like the current exhaust note. Probably what im going to do since I now have longtubes, no cats, and borla ATAKs. I like the note, but the volume literally makes children cry.

I had the Corsa Extremes on my 12 Boss302 and they were amazing. Super quality product and sounded great om my Boss. They are expensive though.....

Thanks for the replies Corsa sounds very good but I'm pretty sure they are louder than what I have now. The 07-09 oem sound volume is different then the 10+ correct? Also has anyone heard the jbas looks like I can get those a little cheaper than OEM's unless I find some decent used ones.

If you're catless, it's going to be tough to tone down that exhaust.

I'm with the guys who love their Corsa Sports. But my buddy runs the Magnaflows, on his 2008.....pulley, TB, headers, hogged out Cats, H-Pipe and they sound awesome. Here's a YouTube sound clip of Magnaflows on a stock GT500.
They are sold by American Muscle who I believe also have a sound bite .
