You guys have never seen someone notch the tensioner before? It's a hack job on that one, but it's easier to get a tighter belt on when there is more swing on the tensioner.
Exactly my thought as soon as I seen that picture. Been there, done that.

Does your car still have the boost solenoid valve in play?

Yes
So I did the boost bypass based off the write up I saw on here.
It makes boost like expected when I bypass the solenoid, however the a/f is not dropping down so there’s something going on there

A/F is staying on the rich side? Is that what you are saying?

You didn’t unhook the vacuum to the fuel pressure sensor did you? Also, if your making more and going lean, that is going to be tube related, unless you have a vacuum leak or something else mechanically wrong.

No I teed into the FPS line and made sure it was hooked up
I know nothing about the tune that is in the car but do have the x cal 4 that’s married to it
Why would it only make 5psi with the solenoid hooked up but full boost with the bypass? I also tried another solenoid that I have from my other car and it still made 5psi with either solenoid

MAP sensor could be dirty/damaged. For some reason, it is opening at 5 psi. We are having to assume that your boost gauge is accurate as well. Your boost solenoid is being told to open for reason. I think the tune needs to be verified if possible.

Yes, to the first question. As for your second question, plug in your X4 and see if there are any custom tunes loaded on it. Some tuners put their company name on the tune as well. So, if you get you could call the tuner for assistance.

I would get in touch with a tuner and do some data logging and have them review your logs. This one is a hard one to fix without more info.
