Congrats again man. I'd personally leave all the super snake stuff on there and just put a 3.6 KB on it. But that's me.

This week the tittle for the car arrived. Happy to say it had the previous owners mailling address and name. Took a chance sent him a "Thank You Card" and a little note for doing such a great job with the car and taking very good care of it.

He called me today and he told me how he got his hands on the hood, wheels, and the exhaust along with the rest of the SS items.Who tuned the car and all that. He also confirmed what I had thought, and that is that the car has 3:73s
He is gonna send me some other odds and ends he has laying around.

I'm pretty happy because now I can confidently say I know the entire history of the car.

Window tint was finished today; 20% loving it

Not much to update here. Got some tanks in from C&R, courtesy of Van.

Fore fuel rails so I can cross my fuel line behind the blower instead of the OEM over the top look.

And have a guy coming to get my Alcoas this weekend. I'm really gonna miss these wheels. They are probably one of my favorite looks and it was a difficult decision to sell them.

I really thought about widening them or saving them for a future, "what if" car.
I do that a lot with car parts.

Ultimately, I am getting more than what I paid for them and I just don't think they fit with what I have going on with this car.

So....ah, garage space freed up!

That's cool that you were able to connect with the previous owner. I'm sure you're really enjoying it.

With that SS hood, you have lots of blower options, made a decision yet ??

Somewhere between a 2.3L and 4.0L :D

Hey Bob, I am.
But this Covid crap has really impacted how much more I could be enjoying it.
No car shows or cars and coffee has me mildly frustrated. I know I am not alone across the "car world nation" on this one.

One positive maybe, is that I don't feel like my hairs on fire and I have to immediately drop a bunch of coin on mods. Because all it's gonna do is sit in the garage quarantine for me to look at.

Can I just make one suggestion? The support in the middle of the SS hood needs to be flat blacked out so it doesn't look like a nose hair. Just a detail that I would do myself if I had this awesome car. Beautiful.

That's all great news! I'm sure the connection with the seller makes you feel so much better about owning it.

lmfao, I learn new terminology every day on SVTP. And thanks for the compliment.
The "nose hair" never stood out to me, until you mentioned it.
