I ran this can on my 04 cobra with 700 rwhp but sold the car and took it off before hand. I might have put 100 miles on it before i took it off. Mighty Mouse says this can is good to 1000+ hp.

How does this install? Run hoses from both cam covers to the catch can?

Im not sure which version, i just emailed MMS and had him set me something up specifically for my cobra. And yes bracket and hose you see comes with it
