Question for fellow Quickjack users.

As of lately, I learned my body cannot take being on the concrete anymore and have been using a lowboy creeper, but it gets a little tight for my liking.

Has anyone attempted to use the SUV/Light truck posts to get some extra lift with theirs?

Yes, I have those... I use it on my SUV. You can use those, but you need to raise the car to get clearance. If your okay with raising it to get the clearance, then it should work.

Ok, so they deff won't fit under it then without lifting first. damn. I didnt even think of that when I posted it. They do have like 3 sizes in that kit right? If so, none of them fit? Or is it just one size?

Hmmm, interesting option for SUVs and trucks. It's a given that they won't fit under a car without first lifting it for clearance. Nice. I wish I had this setup when I had my Edge Sport.

I have all the blocks. The original, taller and SUV. My GT500 is lowered on FRPP springs and the taller rubber fits, barely. If you drove the car onto 2x4's you might be able to the get the smaller SUV pads on.
Thanks. The taller blocks work for me fine. I can probably stack them as well, but I am very sketched out about stacking those things, so I was trying to think of another option to get another couple inches of lift.

Be very careful with those!

I used the provided blocks and had them stacked.... had a tire off doing some tie-rod replacements. The opposite tire was on so I lowered the jack to get a better crack at the tie rod end... the damn car slipped off the stacked blocks!

Never had it happen since without stacking stuff.

I was able to get my floor jack and muscle the crap out of it to right it... but be VERY careful if you're going to use these.

Personally I wouldn't but that's me.

I refuse to stack blocks.
I can’t use these anyway now that I measure, but not sure I follow what the risk would be using them.

I didn’t measure until after I made this post. Unfortunately the tall blocks are about as tall as I can go.
Jacking rails would make no difference for this.

Got it, I am looking at quick jacks as well. I am installing jacking rails first for track days. I guess the rails would just aid in more sturdiness overall. Probably not so much height. I will see what you come up with.

i don’t think the jacking rails are gonna do anything overly valuable of getting quickjacks. Maybe for a regular jack would make a little easier, but I have never in my life jacked from the sides, so this never made sense to me.

So I have the 7000 QJ... Shorter version... I use the Steeda jacking because I don't wanna damage the pinch welds. Very stable, but I would also never recommend stacking the rubber blocks. The SUV adapters are very stable. Have you tried driving onto a 2x4 for maybe more clearance to get a taller block/adapter?

I measured after I made this post. I was too excited seeing those and my excitement was lost when I measured.
Tall blocks is all I can fit.
I guess I could mess with blocks of wood, but it defeats the point of me getting these. I got them to stop having to drive up on ramps first to jack it up.

thanks for the advice though. I will just limit my creeper use or try to find a lower one

I've got the Steeda jacking rails on mine, makes it easy to place the QuickJack. I won't stack the blocks but don't have a problem with the truck/suv extensions. My 2 post lift uses something similar to the truck/suv adapters.

In case anyone is wondering, here are the sizes of the blocks and extensions

What is the ideal size QuickJack for our Shelbys? I was thinking the 5000 extended.
