Closed cell spray foam after the electrical is done. It’s just going to be a shop/garage for my mustang and my wife’s truck and my tool boxes. The old shop will be for the ATV’s, welding trailer, mowers, weed eaters, etc. I barely have room for my car in there now. I do hope to get a lift later. I haven’t decided 2 post or 4.

So nothing really fancy on the inside. Sounds good for what your intent is. Adding a lift down the road will be a huge plus for you. How thick is the concrete slab?

Awesome! Whats the ballpark cost on the building/concrete if you dont mind me asking? Would love to build something like this on my property some day since my current garage only has 8.5' ceilings.

$10000 for building
