I will also be buying a new front bumper sometime soon, and from all the info I've seen, the aftermarket ones fit very well. Damn near oem and a fraction of the price. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah, CAPA certified stuff rarely needs any fitment. It's not some cheap ebay body kit crap, it's your standard collision repair parts. Collision centers don't want to mess with heat guns and fitment issues.

Thanks man I’ve heard of the same thing someone I know that restores Cobras told me that they fit better than oem at times I just figured oem would be cool to have

CAPA certified means it fits like OEM, period, end of story. The link to ebay is stupid retarded cheap. If you are serious about getting one stop thinking and just get that.

But that one is listed as being made of plastic. Is that because they're being general or is it really something other than urethane?

Generic statement (ie it's not fiberglass) , no one is gearing up ABS tooling for a damn bumper.

They're made out of the same stuff as factory.

I wish they made rear bumpers too, good deal!

Just ordered one, will post back with pictures of the bumper and fitted on the car. Says it should be anywhere from Thursday to Monday.
