Used a few different types or tire shine on MT Steet Comps, dont remember the names of them but they were all bought from auto parts stores. After a day or so they all turn brown and once that happens its very hard to clean off.

Any recommendations for a tire shine that wont do that?

I use water base D170 Hyper dressing in the bulk gallons, I dilute with water and spray on with an inexpensive touch up gun.

I don’t get the massive brown bloom, I think that’s from silicone, but I also may keep my wheels and tires cleaner than a sane person should.

The regular 303 aerospace protectant is my favorite. Makes tires look perfect and doesn't sling or turn brown. Also works well on interior pieces and the fuel tank cover.

Edit. Make sure to clean the tires well before applying whatever product you use next. You don't want products mixing and giving false/ bad results.

I could be wrong but blooming is usually the result of a antiozonant. Some tires have this, others do not. Stay away from silicone based products, they don't usually absorb well into the tire. There are a lot of good tire dressings out there from reputable companies. I personally like Gtechniq T1 due to how durable and easy it is to apply. It is a little pricey for a tire dressing but it is meant to last weeks, not days. I have had this dressing survive washings and heavy downpour rain so it is not a tire shine that will wash off the second it sees rain. Key with this product is to clean it properly prior to application and let dry once you are done. T1 can be layered for enhanced gloss at the time of application.

Put M/T Street Comps on my Cobra last spring. I use TW Ice Seal-N-Shine on the tires. I spray it on an old MF, and wipe on.

(IMHO, F11 TopCoat is the most overhyped, overpriced, worthless car care product I've ever used.)
