Has anyone ran 295 45 r 20's on their L? What offset did you have?
I purchased my 2004 sonic this past August which is still stock. I'm hoping to fill in the wheel wells a little more, without any rubbing. The thought of maybe lowering it in the future, is something I'm also considering. lmr.com is selling 20 x 9 inch replicas, but my research has led me to believe I should run a 10 inch wide rim. I know that Dodge is running 295 45 zr20s on 20x10s on the srt durango. Any suggestions?

Behind the wheel
I'm running the LMR 20x9's in chrome with Continental's all-season 295/40R20 on the OE/stock suspension except for the rear drop shackles.
I can turn the wheel from end-to-end with NO rubbing....

But wow, what a price jump.... I got a set of these tires for roughly $200 USD per tire...

They look great on my L but there are trade-offs:

-Definite weight increase which I can feel when I'm behind the wheel....
-Losing some of the quickness versus rollin' on the OE 18's
-You can easily see or watch the gas gauge move
-There's noticeable rolling-resistance, can practically "throttle-control" thru traffic [little to no braking] at 36-psi [Front] & 30/32 psi [Rear] setpoints

A 295/45 is much larger than stock. I run a 295/35 and it's almost exactly stock height and width.
I run these on a 9.5 wide
