Yea, you do have the right, and you'll go to court, where you prove you weren't drunk. Thinking you guys have "freedom" in this case is kinda a joke, both of us have the same outcomes. And we have freedom from smog testing, that's more important, I dgaf what they do to drunk drivers

All subjective. Best friend is an oui attorney only. He beats them consistently when there’s no physical proof. With no prior interaction between the officer and defendant there’s no frame of reference. It’s not illegal to have a few beers and drive. It’s illegal to be over the limit of .08. It’s not possible to determine if someone is impaired based on the smell of their breath.
