Op: care to post the deal for others here? Someone else may take the stab. I turned down $3500 for mine at one point, so I know people are willing to pay for them.

Nope, shipping was way to crazy so I passed, it was going to be 3,300 total. Plus someone wants to buy my Shelby, so we'll see if he agrees to the asking price.
Man. I hate to see you sell it. I didnt know you were trying to sell?

What are your plans for next purchase?

The car isn't for sale and I really have no desire to sell it. One of my followers on Instagram asked if I wanted to sell it and how much. I told him 52k firm. If he actually ends up buying it I'm going to hunt down a real 13/14 Super Snake if not I'll happily keep my Shelby. This isn't the first time I've had someone want to buy this car. But they never follow through.

Considering what you have, what is the draw to a SS ??

I've always wanted a real super snake, I built my 13 GT500 into a replica super snake and loved it, but that's only if this guy ends up buying it. If he doesn't, I'll happily keep my Shelby, I actually just picked up a KB168 T/B for it, so hopefully that will wake up the Gen3 a little more.

I remember your 13, a stunner, was dumbfounded when you sold it.
I thought a Gen 3 on E85 was world beater ??

I sold that car for the wrong reasons and I've regretted it ever since.

The Gen3 on E85 feels overall stronger then the 3.6 on E85 yes, I'm only switching out my VMP twin 69mm T/B for the KB168 T/B. I'm very happy with my current GT500.

But I've always wanted a real Shelby Super Snake. I know to some it seems like a waste of money, but to me it's worth it. If this dude flakes out and doesn't buy mine I won't lose any sleep and I'm happy to keep her.

If your sale goes through, mine is a 2014 Signature Edition that might be up for sale.

I've got a set of staggered polished Venice rims sitting on the shelf. I got them off of the ebay store when they were blowing them out a few years back. When they came out I really liked the fact they were 9.5 front and 10.5 rear. I think that is the perfect size rims for our car. My SS are 9 front and 11 rear. I can't understand why they just did 9 in the front.
