I think I remember a thread a year or so ago debating what mods are considered "bolt ons". Many feel bolt-ons means simple modifications that can be bolted on without opening up the engine, but folk debate this to death. Ask 10 people what mods are considered bolt-ons and you'll probably get 10 different overlapping answers.
