Up FS is a CHE rear axle brace part # CHE9L for S197 05-14 Mustang (all models and 2011-14 V6 cars except convertibles) with 8.8 solid rear axle suspension. This brace bolts to your rear axle to strengthen it and prevent flexing of the housing and the axle tubes. This brace is powdercoated red for a nice appearance underneath the car.

Comes complete with instructions, all parts, fasteners and templates for a trouble free install. Keep your 8.8 axle strong and prevent flex by adding this item to your car to help plant that hp/torque you have to the ground. Keeping the axle from flexing helps to reduce diff noise (especially if you have a gear done). This video shows how it looks installed on your car (not my car):

Part is like new, installed on my 2013 GT500 for 2 months last year before I removed it when I sold the car. More info about this part on CHE's website (copy link below and paste to browser):

Asking US$200.00 shipped lower 48 and Canada, feel free to make an offer. Call, text 416-919-1769 or PM for more info.

Do you have a picture of what the girdle looks like?

Text me a pic of it if you can or post it here.

I know it fits my stock 13 GT500 factory alum. diff cover and I have TP on my car.

As much as I would like to say it will work, I don't believe it will with that girdle. The 2 straight ribs that come down to the bottom at an angle would interfere with the plate that bolts to the bottom 5 bolts of the cover. Your drain plug is also more on the driver's side of the bottom middle bolt instead of to the right of the bolt like the factory diff cover.

Sorry man, I wish it would work and maybe I'll sell it but I wouldn't want someone to have an issue installing it if it doesn't fit as designed. If you really want to you could lightly grind the plate of this brace that bolts to the bottom 5 bolts of your diff cover and make it work. All comes down to how much modify, adapt, overcome you want to deal with.
