He is a classic Minnesotan. His IG page has an address in Champlain, which is not even that far north. His pigeon English is not even that crazy relative to some up on the iron range. @Weather Man can confirm you on this.
Watched a few of his videos before and always enjoy them. I'll watch this one once I catch up on emails.
