We have found out during all of this craziness that one of our favorite pastimes seems to be eating out and trying new restaurants/pubs. Lol.
I just checked your website again and see that it is updated. Molly and I are excited to try it out. I couldn't find the menu though. Also, is it call-ahead seating right now due to this virus insanity?
Nah, first come. But, you can call and insure that you are taken in at the time you prefer. Though, yesterday was fairly busy, so that may change. I love trying new things. The steaks are top tier. But the burgers are what surprised me. The Black and Blu, and the Breakfast burger are ridiculous. We will put Fat Patty's out of business.
Hours until restrictions are lifted.. 11am to 8pm. Starting this upcoming Monday, we should be allowed to go full on open.
Some pics of the pub and a few other ancillary areas. As well and the menu. Also of note. Everything on the menu is fresh and local when it can be. No pre-packaged portions like the chain restaurants. We somehow found a top tier award winning chef that grew up in the area before travelling the world to learn the culinary arts. He found out about what we were doing and wanted in. We are extremely lucky.
This is John hanging from the wall. Behind him are two very authentic Damascus steel swords.

I travel between Michigan and North Carolina frequently (well not as much right now!) but usually take I77 N at Charleston. We will have to take I64 and check your place out. Sometimes our navigation sends us that way depending upon traffic reports.

Heck, I don't know. I don't brew it, I just drink it.. for now, though we may have a distillary and brewery coming into our portfolio by late 2021, early 2022. ;-)
Funny, I travel that same route time to time. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, now living in Charlotte. I'll have to plan a side trip in WV on the way up next time.I travel between Michigan and North Carolina frequently (well not as much right now!) but usually take I77 N at Charleston. I grew up in Port Huron, lived for awhile in Saline when working for the State of Michigan in Northville. My wife lived in Ann Arbor and is a UofM grad. We live in Winston Salem now and one of our daughters lives in Concord and is a professor at Pfeiffer University.Funny, I travel that same route time to time. Place looks really nice, appreciate John and the damascus swords.

So you're saying that you have the very best people, believe you?Yes, this is our first stab at it, but we hired some of the best talent we could.

I'll look into it. That may be one of the early prints before editing. Thanks! Haha! What I'm saying is, I think there may be a typo on your menu. Something to look into. I plan on grabbing a burger next time I'm in the area.
There is SO much to like about your new restaurant. Why is that every time I find a gem, the gem is days away.
I hope someway I'll get to sample the menu one day. I predict the Venetian Pub will be a huge success!
