Not sure if this has been posted. First couple mins Adam is explaining what happens and the actual footage thereafter. Don’t follow up on the GT350’s to know this is an issue but other owners here might find this useful.
Lmao! I can look pass that for his car collection. You lost me at the 70's pornstache.
I always laugh when we can skip through a song but can’t skip through a video.**** that a 40 minute video.
What year is the car, because there was a recall on the 2015-to early 2017 cars for an oil cooler clamp fitting. If it came off hot oil would spray and the car could / would catch on fire.
I originally had a 2017 Ruby red ordered, that when it came in was part of the recall and the dealer could not sell it to me, the car sat in the showroom for 6 months waiting for the new parts.
Needless to say I told them I didn’t want it.
His might be in that same year range. He mentioned in the video newer cars don’t have that issue, like 18s & 19s. So I’m assuming it’s 15-17.
Yeah, it's a pre-2018 GT-350. So there was an actual recall on the oil cooler clamp fitting apparently. One question I have was if there was a re-call, wasn't he notified? He should have been. If he was, why didn't he take it back for the fix? And how effective was the recall fix, vs. converting to a cartridge setup?
So he's blown up 2 GT350s and Ford has replaced them both times now? Wow!
