Need help ASAP on side of road...

Just got my car back together and doing all rear end bushing and a few up front. Warming it up and at about 30-40 throttle loudish pop and now this really loud air rushing noise... any clues?

Looks like this popped off... what is it and common problem? Just push it back in and hope it stays? Back of the blower.

I seen some use a zip tie to hold them.

thanks, just picked up a few small hose clamps, didn’t think of just using a zip tie.
