Looking to buy a 99-04 gen 2 red lightning. Will not consider any other colors sorry. Budget is 11-16k prefer sub 100k trucks. Looking to buy within the next week - 2 weeks max. Thanks. Closer to buffalo, Ny The better. Willing to drive about 6-7 hours in any direction.

I am asking $24,900. It a sweet single turbo build, puts down 710RWHP and 700RWTQ on 18psi and all while running on 93 octane.
