Someone posted a picture, I guess it was elsewhere. It seems her truck had been rear ended and one of the brake lights completely smashed/destroyed. That's why she was pulled over, and then the registration being 6 months old popped up, thus a double whammy.

In CT ur required but its only an additional fine if u don't not an arrest-able offense. Very few Cops make ppl sign. Its dumb. Its simply to acknowledge that u received it. Well, everything is on camera these days so there ya go.

The officer did not "drag her out of the truck" until after she fled in her vehicle, and when stopped, refused to follow any orders, and attempted to kick the officer, which is a little more serious than just refusing to sign a fix it ticket.
