My oldest daughter is 15, dating is inevitably around the corner... I got my mossy 500 at the low ready, definitely going to light some m'fers up with less than lethal/bean bag rounds...

Lol so well we get a video of you unloading on the 1st guy?

It's a fix it ticket. Get it fixed before ya goto court and 7/10 times it gets tossed out. Tho 6 months...
Here in Mass they just hand ya the thing and be like yo, fix this shit or pay $50, have a nice day.
This lady acted like a total fool. Did he need to taze her? Probably not. Did she need to try to run, no.
Stupid games, stupid prizes and nobody wins.

Someone posted a picture, I guess it was elsewhere. It seems her truck had been rear ended and one of the brake lights completely smashed/destroyed. That's why she was pulled over, and then the registration being 6 months old popped up, thus a double whammy.

Lmao.... He's got his gun drawn on Grand-Ma smh that's just funny to me IDN. U know exactly who she is cause u have all of her information so I'd just either get a warrant or simply let her go and just add to the fine and mail it to her.

Im not chasing Grand-Ma cause she didn't sign that makes me lol literally. Its just not that big a deal. She's getting the ticket either way.

In CT ur required but its only an additional fine if u don't not an arrest-able offense. Very few Cops make ppl sign. Its dumb. Its simply to acknowledge that u received it. Well, everything is on camera these days so there ya go.

Im all for chasing criminals but not Granny who probably should have gotten a warning to begin with.

Meh, old bitch deserves it. Especially when it’s been a on going problem with her vehicle. Guaranteed he’s pulled her numerous times for the same thing.

He didn’t say that. She admitted it was a problem that she knew about for 6months.

Stupid? yes. Tase an AARP member for it? No. Totally ridiculous on both parties.

imo opinion it was a bit much dragging her out of the truck and onto the ground. idk if he's way out in BFE but i would think it would be prudent to call for back up and wait for a sgt to arrive to help diffuse the situation. she could have been injured being taken down like that. then it inevitably escalated to the tazer which can kill someone her age and condition. then you're really talking lawsuit, and for what? refusing to sign a fix it ticket? im not saying she's in the right, but seems a little heavy handed imo. he can easily tell what he's dealing with. it seems more like a lesson needed to be taught.

The officer did not "drag her out of the truck" until after she fled in her vehicle, and when stopped, refused to follow any orders, and attempted to kick the officer, which is a little more serious than just refusing to sign a fix it ticket.
