For a man to be cuffed and under control of 4 leo's for about 9 minutes, they should each have to answer and deal with their penalty in court. How do we as a people/nation teach each other that life is precious and short? We need each other, not to go against each other.

It's hit Tampa, FL now. A strip mall was looted containing a shoe store, a sporting goods store stores and a hair care store...and it's now in flames. FL Man always has to make the news somehow. 
National Guard shooting at people on their porch? Seems a little overboard.

Who just stands there and says nothing while a squad of cops are repeatedly telling you to go inside? You have rights, it's your home, but just understand when riots are occurring and tensions are high that the likelihood of a grievance against the police for shooting you with paint/gas rounds is probably going to go nowhere. Especially considering none of those cops will be able to be named in your grievance.
That was my overall thinking, they were warned several times, but still seems overkill. This wasn't 50 teens breaking windows on a gas station, this was some woman on her porch with no one else around.

Well they didn't listen the first seven times they were warned...damn. They had multiple times to comply. That was not the time to be testing anyones patience.
according to the curfew order, the congregation place listed as against curfew can be on public or private property. So yes, even on your own porch.
There were at least four people on the porch, maybe five. You can't see that because that particular video has been edited. There's another version showing everyone who was on the porch in the house.
I do think maybe just a warning shot, maybe at the ground in front of them would prolly have bee sufficient, they also could've just listened to them in the first place.
I like my gated community and angry boxer. Been a few days since I cleaned my guns and magazines.
I just cleaned and loaded mine up to make sure everything was good. 240rnds of 5.56 and 57rnds of 9mm on my kit. Although somehow I can't find my 7.62 mags, and somehow when I ordered ammo online I ordered 3 1/2in buckshot shells instead of 2 3/4 like I intended so there is no way I can run 3 1/2 through my M4 and I have no mags to load up for my Galil. There's no rioting going on here but I'm glad I got that figured out when I did.
