It always gets labeled as a far right authoritarian governmental system in academic circles.
That being said, does it really matter if its right wing or left wing authoritarianism? Outcome is the same whether your dictator is an avowed Communist or Fascist, at the end of the day they are still a dictator.

Wikipedia is heavily moderated, notice all those citations? I used to use it in school to find authoritative sources because their citations were so good.
Both right and Left wing governments can descend into authoritarianism.
Also you are describing traditional American Conservatism which is heavily based on classical liberalism not what academics would consider a "right wing" government. In fact what you just described would put you on the far left in some places.

I was always taught that the farthest left a society could go was fascism and the farthest right one could go is anarchy.
Many articles in Wikipedia have bias when dealing with politics and shouldn't be referenced as credible.
As for the article referenced that cited "Brooks 1994, p. xi; Kahn 2000; Moynihan 2007", a Google Scholar search returns no results for these authors even remotely related to the subject of political alignment.
And that, is why Wikipedia is considered a non-credible source for many of it's articles.
