Boy howdy. That speaks volumes

If Nascar tanks, it's going to be a weird world where all these massive tracks exist and one of their main series/sources of incomes goes poof.

Hopefully a new less polarizing series rises up and brings road course racing to America. That would be cool

I think motorsports racing in general is in decline, there are more pay to play drivers than ever and not just in NASCAR...sponsorship is dwindling across the board. Companies nowadays are more risk adverse than ever and see these expenditures as unnecessary, frivolous and fraught with liability..

There are several notable closures on that list, some very recent...

Bring road racing back, and you'll not only pick up a lot of non-nascar American viewers, but global viewers as well.

Holy shit. This forum really does get its panties in a bunch over the dumbest shit that private companies do.
  • Kaepernick kneels during the anthem
  • Nascar bans a flag
  • Netflix pushes their LGBT agenda
  • {insert 100 other examples}
But, America's values are going to shit! This nation is full of a bunch of cucks and libturds.

Good God so many of you are sensitive. Move on and worry about the hundreds of other things this country actually needs to prioritize and fix. God forbid every single company in America doesn't share every single value that you do.

You live where?

Yeah.. NVM. They are calling a meeting in "Free Zone" Seattle and demanding your attendance.

Best go now and figure out where you all will be getting your Vegan dinner dish from.

I can get on board with that, love me some road racing. I primarily watch F1, but that's honestly like watching a really fast funeral procession as there is no gdman overtaking, passing to speak of....

They complain about their rights being violated when private entities enact rules( their right as a business) that they don’t like. They don’t complain when a black man’s rights are being violated in front of fellow Americans( he deserved it because of a fake twenty. Who cares if he was complying). Then they complain because fellow Americans( of all races and creed) are tired of bad cops not being held accountable and protest( which IS constitutionally protected). The hypocrisy is palpable.
The ignorance of thinking that "just protesting"occurred across the country is laughable. Multiple major American cities were burning. That's called lawless rioting and vandalism.

No body is saying that the cop who kaepernicked Floyd doesn't deserve to be prosecuted, because he does.

But all these companies that are PANDERING to the far left is nauseating.

Personally, I couldn't care less about the Confederate flag. I'm a Chicago kid that now lives in Arizona. But, telling people they cant express themselves regardless of whether you believe their views is hypocritical. Which is par for the course for liberals, leftists, communists.

You know, the entirety of the Democratic party.

I'd watch Goodwood. Nothing like vintage and real GT40s going wheel-to-wheel

Pull your head out of your ass and go look at the beginning of the thread on George Floyd. Everyone was appalled for the most part.

Nascar is private company and can do what they want. I dont give a shit about what they do but people are free to complain. Hell they apparently free to do just about anything given the last two weeks.

Stop acting like no one cares about a black man dying. Otherwise kiss my ass.

Cool, bias based off of location. Yes, Bay Area has a disproportionate number of liberals, and even more far left leaners.

Good thing I don't identify with the left, but thanks for the try.

So did the scared Nascar driver win or lose yesterday?
Bubba finished 11th which is a good run for that team considering they are somewhat underfunded and usually in garbage equipment. They had a broken droop chain which slowed down the pit stops and he consistently lost 5-6 spots on every pit cycle.

You love unfinished, dangling sentences, don't you? If something is on your mind, finish the sentence. Some would call it....trolling. o_O
Ill give KB about 1 CM of slack here. Id normally expect him to be completely off the rails in some manner or fashion. Been a fairly reasonable debate minded poster as of late. Im sure Ill be disappointed again soon enough, but it was a welcome change, even if it doesnt last.

You don’t have to.

They’ll set up a free zone in that shit hole soon enough.

We’ll see if your time changes then.

The only reason NASCAR drives in circles to the left is that there isn’t much right about their so called sport.

Pretty much. They have eschewed their traditional fanbase for the last 20 years in order to court a wider audience. Now they are practically to the point where they can't fill half the stands at Bristol (you used to have to get on a waiting list to buy tickets).

It's crazy looking at the millenium days when my father introduced me to NASCAR. As you say, Bristol was PACKED.
These days, it's half as best.
