Leave the mods, minor and make the care look better overall anyway. Don't try and compete for a bone stocker, not worth the effort.

Thanks for this DETAILED reply! I meant to get back to you all sooner. Should I leave the lowering springs and put back original wheels you think or put the original springs back in with original wheels? I don't have either anymore so I would have to track them down. Being what you said am I better off just trading it in for less and saving some money on sales tax? I am in NY 8.875%.

Yeah if you don’t have the original equipment it’s not worth it. Like the above said, a proper detail / touch up paint etc and you’ll be good. I would seriously consider removing the tune though, even if you have to order a stock size pulley. They’re cheap enough that you should profit by selling the tuner separate instead of having to include with the car.

As others have indicated, it's important to be realistic. I was a cash buyer a couple of years ago... looking for GT500 or Roush. I found some smoking deals on GT500's, sellers started out high, but they were ALL negotiable, which told me the market was soft even back then. I ended up buying a Roush from a wonderful guy on the forum here.

I think almost every car I looked at was modified in some way. Some mods don't bother me at all, and the Roush I ended up buying was heavily modded with all the right stuff. I wouldn't be overly concerned about returning your car back to stock. The new buyer could easily do that, if they wanted, or they might really like it the way it is.

Good luck with your sale!

Don't go by book values. Everyone knows more sought after cars go higher values than the books show. I remember when Supras were showing like $15k values and selling for $40's-50's. Shit now you can barely find one under $80-90k. lol
Dealers are selling them all day long for $27-29k for 07-09's. It is a rare occasion you find one listed cheaper at a dealer unless its a trainwreck and they want to unload it quick.
