Its a tall order considering they're popularity I know but I may as well shoot my shot. As the title says Im looking for a 99-01 front bumper in good condition. I live in Alabama 35803 and have no problems paying/arranging for shipping if need be. Thanks!

Seriously, what will it take to get someone to make a quality reproduction?

Im honestly surprised it hasn't been done yet given its popularity. I saw there was company working on a fiberglass version but frankly I'm gonna have to pass on that. A company that already has experience with urethane bumpers would have to see that they have a strong market for the product then there's a possibility to have a decent conversation about producing it.

I sent an e-mail to LMR asking about making a reproduction 99/01 bumper. Here's the reply...
"We have looked into this one but the cost to make these would be astronomical to do. If we wound up making these, the cost to our customers would not be feasible at that point. I am sorry for any inconvenience but if you need anything else please let me know."

Bummer. Didn't LMR sell a reproduction 03/04 Cobra front bumper a few black fridays ago for something crazy cheap? I think it was like $75 plus shipping or something crazy like that. When I had a minor "bumper crumper" in my 2000 GT back in the early 2000's, I bought a painted to match 99/01 Cobra bumper for under $300.

Yeah now you'd be lucky to find one under $600. For a good product I certainly don't mind spending the money but as it stands, it sounds like LMR would have to spend a lot of time/capital investing in start up, tooling ,material etc to make a good product which in turn would make the price "astronomical". I wonder what they're sales price would end up being out of curiosity lol.
