idler problem on kenne bell 2.1

Anyone here with a 2.1 kenne bell on your 96-98 cobra? I am having trouble with the idler pulley that is supplied with the kit coming apart. Went thru 2 of them in a week. Has anyone else had this problem?

Could be a tension issue how tight is your belt on the adjuster is it in the middle?

Tensioner is in the middle of it's travel. Kenne bell ended up sending me a heavy duty idler with double bearings and that solved the problem
